12 May, on the theatre’s birthday the stars of Russian ballet world have presented the Novosibirsk audience with a marvelous gift – the gala concert of a unique cast took place on the main stage of NOVAT. Ivan Vasiliev gathered on one stage the stars of the Bolshoi theatre, the Mikhailovsky theatre, and Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet theatre to celebrate 10 years of professional experience.
“That was our joy and pleasure to participate in Ivan Vasiliev’s concert and to dance items with his choreography – tells Denis Savin, the Bolshoi theatre soloist. – And for me, personally, Ivan is a close friend and a man, that I truly love.”
The best ballet dancers from all the country have participated in Ivan Vasiliev gala concert: Maria Vinogradova, Kristina Kretova, Anastasia Stashkevich, Denis Savin and Denis Rodkin from the Bolshoi theatre, Ivan Zaytsev and Anna Kuligina from the Mikhailovsky theatre in St. – Petersburg and the art director of NOVAT ballet company, Denis Matvienko with the soloists Roman Polkovnikov and Xenia Zakharova.
