Invited by Vladimir Kekhman, general director of the Novosibirsk opera and ballet theatre (NOVAT) the group of experts headed by Pr. Luca Brusati visited the Theatre. The report with recommendations on improvement in the work of the different NOVAT ‘s structures, division and services is to become the result of the visit. The document itself will be made public later.
Luca Brusati is a famous specialist in managing governmental establishments and professor in L’Universiteta Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy. He is the author of numerous works on the theory of management. Luca Brusati has been the moderator of numerous international seminars. He has been consulting different establishments in CIS countries for more than 19 years and for 18 years in Russia.
