Director General of NOVAT assigned a new assistant for public relations

Special correspondent of RIA "FederalPress" Viktor Titov has been assigned as the assistant for public relations of Director General of NOVAT Vladimir Kekhman.

Viktor Titov worked as a staff correspondent of the "Kommersant" publishing house, later he worked as a staff correspondent of the "Expert" magazine. He did articles for "Izvestiya", "Moskovskie novosti", "Segodnya" and "Novaya gazeta". Since 2007 he works as a special correspondent and observer of RIA "FederalPress".

Communicating with mass media will be Victor Titov's responsibility.
