Olga Seliverstova

Soprano

Born in Ukhta. In 2005-07 she studied at the Academic Music College of the Moscow State Conservatory Tchaikovsky. In 2013 graduated with honor from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (Larisa Rudakova’s class).

She performed at the Moscow International House of Music, Big Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. She became the first performer of works by Mayr and Lenhard with Moscow chamber orchestra Musica Viva, artistic director and conductor Alexander Rudin (in concert “Musical Treasure” — unknown works of the late XVIII - early XIX century, from the Bolshoi Theatre Music Library Archive) in Tchaikovsky State House-Museum in Klin Concert Hall.

She participated in the openings of expositions “That’s Opera!” (Ricordi Exhibition in Moscow), “Millionaire Fair” in Crocus City, “Traditions and Modernity” in Moscow Manege. She sounded the Troyanovsky’s film-opera The Crocodile and worked a lot with Youth department of Russian Composer's Union in Moscow.

In 2012 she took part in TV program of the German channel SWR «Emmerich Smola Forderpreis», performing with Saarbrücken Radio Symphony Orchestra.

In 2012 she joined the Atelier Lyrique of Paris National Opera, where performed the roles of Flaminia (Haydn’s Il mondo della luna), Lucia (Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia), Donna Anna (Mozart’s Don Giovanni), The First Mother (The Damned Innocents by M. Urquiza, J. Lembke, D. Rotella, F. Alvarado).

In 2013 she made her debut on the stage of the Palais Garnier at the Opéra National de Paris as The Dew Fairy in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel. And in 2015 debuted at the Bastille Opera as Naiad in R. Strauss’ Ariadne auf Naxos.

Has taken part in concerts at the Palais Garnier with the Paris National Opera Orchestra, Amphitheatre Bastille and Theatre Chatelet, as well as concerts for Radio France and National France Television (France 2).

She participated in festivals “Rive Gauche Musique” (Paris), Festival of Sédières (Clergue), Argelès-sur-Mer Opera Festival.

Since 2015 she has been a soloist with the Bolshoi Theatre Opera Company.

In 2017 she performed the part of Corinna in a concert performance of Il Viaggio a Reims at the Bolshoi Theatre (conductor Tugan Sokhiev), in 2018 sang the same part in new production (directed by Damiano Michieletto).

In July 2017, she sang Brigitta in Iolanta at the Savonlinna Opera Festival/ Finland (Bolshoi Theatre Opera Company tour, conductor Tugan Sokhiev).

In May 2018, debuted in the role of Marfa at the Shanghai Grand Theatre (Bolshoi’s tour in China, conductor – Tugan Sokhiev); in July, performed the role of Musetta in new production of La Boheme (directed by Jean-Romain Vesperini, conducted by Evan Rogister).
