In 1993 he assumed the post of lighting technician at the Novosibirsk opera and ballet theatre. Since 2004 he has been the theatre’s lighting designer.
As a lighting designer he travelled with the company and took part in festivals in Moscow (Bolshoi theatre), St.-Petersburg (Mariinsky theatre), Vladivostok, Yaroslavl and other cities of Russia, as well as abroad (Egypt, Spain, Italy, France, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, India and other).
He worked as lighting designer for the “World Ballet Stars” gala at the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics 2014 in Sochi.
He designed lighting for NOVAT performances “Terem-teremok” (“The little hut”), “The Bat”, joint projects (“Tsar” opera), gala performances and concerts.
