Laureate of the National Theatre Award “Golden Mask”
Since 1991 he worked as lighting designer with the theatres of Saint-Petersburg. In 1999 he became lighting designer with The Baltic House Theatre (Saint-Petersburg). He cooperated with the following directors: V. Kramer, I. Konyaev, A. Moguchy, V. Fokin, Y. Butusov, A. Zholdak, Klim, R. Kudashov, T. Kulyabin, V. Zolotar. The performances staged with his participation run in the biggest cities of Russia and abroad: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Omsk; Riga (Latvia), Astana (Kazakhstan), Guangzhou (China), Nanjing (China).

He is regularly invited to the musical theatres of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk; he participated in staging of classical and contemporary ballets in Kazakhstan. List of performances staged in musical theatres includes: Dvořák’s “Rusalka”, Sabitov’s “Prometheus” at the Bashkir State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Donizetti’s “Don Pasquale” at the Bolshoi Theatre; Firtich’s “White. Petersburg” at the Musical Comedy Theare in Saint-Petersburg; Verdi’s “Rigoletto” at the Opernhaus Wuppertal; ballets “Salome”, “Carmen”, “Zhusan” at the Astana Ballet Theatre.
