We are often asked by audience members to clarify criteria that determine prices on performances tickets and what benefits and discounts are applied when purchasing tickets.
When planning to visit NOVAT, please kindly take into account the following:
Different rates are applied:1. Concerts and semi-staged opera productions — ticket prices are 200-600 RUB;
2. Opera productions — ticket prices are 200-700 RUB;
3. Opera premieres or opera performances with guest stars — ticket prices are 300-900 RUB;
4. Ballet productions for children and afternoon family ballet performances — ticket prices are 300-1050 RUB;
5. Ballet productions (evening performances) — ticket prices are 300-1900 RUB;
6. Ballet premieres or ballet performances with guest stars — ticket prices are 400-2000 RUB;
At the opening of ticket sales minimal rates per performance are applied. The closer the performance date is, the higher the rates can be. The earlier you purchase a ticket, the less you pay.
Special conditions for retirees and students:
On the day of a performance, (should tickets be available in the box office), a 50% discount is granted to retirees and students.
Within the framework of «Student Wednesdays» project any seat tickets can be purchased for 300 RUB on submitting a valid student ID.
The above-mentioned benefits are only applicable for repertoire performances and with the exception of special events and tour performances.
Special conditions upon personal subscription purchase:
This season NOVAT launched personal subscriptions programs. A personal subscription includes four performances and a theatre tour. Within the program NOVAT offers only the best 200 seats in the stalls where price of one ticket is 400 RUB with any subscription total price of 1600 RUB.

During summer months the first circle will be opened only on the full-house days
Starting June 1, as holiday season sets in, first circle seats tickets will only be for sale in the theatre box office and only for full-house performances. Theatre house, amphitheatre and stalls, seats 873 people in total. It is sufficient given standard index of current repertoire attendance. In case the number of spectators increases, theatre management will open sales of tickets to the first circle.
In order to provide low price tickets, the rates on stalls tickets are reduced to the first circle prices.
To the attention of those who have already bought first circle tickets: the purchased tickets are valid and there is no need to exchange or return them.
