Arias from the best pieces of the world’s greatest composers will be performed at NOVAT as a part of a gala-concert “World opera in Novosibirsk: Verdi’s “La forza del destino”, “Nabucco”, “Macbeth” and “Don Carlos”, Cilea’s “Adriana Lecouvreur”, Gounod’s “Faust” and “Romeo and Juliet”, “The Pearl Fishers” by Georges Bizet, “Boris Godunov” by Mussorgsky, Rossini’s “Stabat Mater”, Bellini’s “Norma”, Leoncavallo’s “Pagliacci”, “Cavalleria rusticana” by Pietro Mascagni and “Don Giovanni” by Mozart.
The following world opera stars will perform those pieces: Veronika Dzhioeva soprano (NOVAT), René Pape bass (Germany), NOVAT’s soloists Alexey Zelenkov and Sergey Kuzmin, symphonic orchestra and chorus of NOVAT. The performance will be conducted by master Dmitry Korchak. The concert lasts 120 minutes with one interval.
