We are happy to announce the launch of ticket sale for Main and Second stage performances in February and March.
Here are the main events of the upcoming playbill:
- To the ten years of the return of Yury Grigorovich’s Spartacus to NOVAT stage we have prepared a special gift for all admirers of this great performance – a reproduction of scenery, costumes and lighting of the original 1977 Spartacus as staged at the Novosibirsk opera and ballet theatre. The landmark shows of this legendary production are scheduled on 12, 13 and 14 March and will feature world ballet stars: Principal with the Bolshoi Ballet Denis Rodkin, and Principals with the Mikhailovsky Ballet Ivan Vasiliev and Angelina Vorontsova - the amazing dancer will make her first appearance as Aegina.
- One of the brightest premieres of the 76th season La Bayadère with Nacho Duato’s choreography will be performed on 11 February, 7 March and 8 March. We invite you to enjoy a spicy and exotic show staged by Spanish maestro after Marius Petipa’s works.
- Mozart’s Magic Flute will premiere on 12 and 13 February on the Second stage of NOVAT. This enchanted piece is imbued with pure light and joie de vivre.
- All time favorite winter fairy-tale The Nutcracker will help you keep the holiday spirit at your heart – Vainonen’s classical version of this enchanted ballet is scheduled on 26, 27, 28 February.
