We are happy to announce the launch of ticket sale for September shows.
77th season will start on September 8th with legendary Spartacus ballet featuring world ballet star Ivan Vasiliev. March this year NOVAT has recreated full scenery and costumes of the original Yury Grigorovich 1977 production.
The opera season will start with Puccini’s Tosca on September 12th. Its premiere in May sparked public excitement.
A gorgeous premiere of the previous season, La Bayadère combining the elegant beauty of classical dance with exotic flair is available on September 23rd and 24th.
The playbill also includes your favorite opera masterpieces Aida and Pagliacci, popular ballets Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Cinderella among other classical productions.
Please note the following: in accordance with a decree issued by the Russian government a special program the Pushkin Card will come into effect from September 1st. It grants subsidies to young people aged 14-22 for visiting cultural institutions. We will be happy to see the younger generation visit our performances.
